  • itgroove will determine the priority level of all situations submitted by The Client.
  • Emergencies are classified as critical outages at the discretion of itgroove.
  • All non-standard services must be scheduled and are subject to blended billing rate.
  • Agreement can be cancelled without penalty with 30 days’ written notice.
